Job Description

• Oversee the design and enhancement of the gaming operation platform and the game customization platform
• Develop product operation strategies and create operational tools based on user market demands and operational requirements
• Engage in and take charge of analyzing data related to the company's gaming products. 
• Utilize data analysis, user research, and competitive product evaluation to generate reports on user needs, behaviors, and market conditions, identifying and addressing issues for product enhancement

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a degree certificate
• Proficient in Mandarin for communication with Chinese colleagues
• Over 3 years of experience in the gaming industry focusing on joint operation platform products
• Strong market awareness with a solid understanding of marketing, and a passion for the field
• Excellent skills in product development and communication
• REQUIRED Proficient in PM TOOLS and capable of CREATING FLOWCHARTS.
• Familiarity with Jira, Axure, Confluence
• Must be proficient in both Mandarin and English
