Job Description

Engage & Convert Customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls and chats
  • Understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
  • Turn inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales

Deliver Professional Consultations

  • Guide new and returning customers through service consultations
  • Provide helpful advice, solutions, and recommendations
  • Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and pleasant experience

Manage Appointments & Support Operations

  • Handle bookings, rescheduling, and general inquiries
  • Keep daily records of appointments and sales updated
  • Prepare invoices (complimentary & paid) accurately
  • Assist with event and partnership leads
  • Follow up and convert event inquiries into customers

Handle Customer Concerns with Care

  • Listen, understand, and resolve customer issues professionally
  • De-escalate concerns and escalate complex cases when needed

Job Requirements

  • Have at least SPM or Diploma qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, CRM, or sales (retail or service industry preferred).
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Comfortable handling calls and chats at the same time
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good with systems
  • Friendly, confident, and enjoys talking to people
