Ensign is hiring !Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor security tools and dashboards (e.g., SIEM, EDR, firewalls) for suspicious activity and alerts</li><li>Perform initial triage of security events and escalate incidents as needed</li><li>Document incident details and maintain logs with accuracy and consistency</li><li>Assist in the investigation and resolution of low-level security incidents</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and response playbooks</li><li>Work closely with Level 2/3 engineers for escalations and case follow-ups</li><li>Support basic threat intelligence gathering and analysis</li><li>Assist with regular audits and compliance checks</li><li>Maintain awareness of security trends, best practices, and tools</li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts</li></ul><h3> &nbsp;</h3>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>0–2 years of experience in a cybersecurity, IT support, or SOC environment</li><li>Internships or practical experience with security tools is a plus &nbsp;</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Basic understanding of security principles, threats, and technologies</li><li>Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts</li><li>Exposure to SIEM tools, antivirus, firewalls, and ticketing systems preferred</li><li>Ability to follow and apply procedures for incident detection and response</li></ul>
