<li>Call List Preparation: Segment and organize lead data into prioritized call lists for the sales team.</li>
<li>Email Marketing: Assist in drafting, scheduling, and blasting marketing or follow-up emails to prospects.</li>
<li>Sales Funnel Support: Track lead status and updates, ensure smooth movement of leads through different sales stages, and maintain accurate CRM record.</li>
<li>CRM Management: Update and maintain customer databases (e.g., contact info, lead status, meeting notes, etc.).</li>
<li>Reporting: Prepare basic sales reports, monitor email campaign results, and analyze lead performance metrics.</li>
<li>Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and sales efforts.</li>
<li>Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support administrative needs for the sales team including meeting scheduling, follow-up emails, and documentation.</li>
