Facilitate the setting of measurable key results and ensure alignment with overall business goals. </li> <li> Performance Management: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive performance management strategies. Monitor and assess performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes. </li> <li> Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on integrating OKRs into existing performance management systems. Ensure that performance goals are clearly defined, communicated, and tracked effectively. </li> <li> Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives with a focus on enhancing performance outcomes. Develop change management strategies that incorporate performance metrics and OKRs to support successful transitions. </li> <li> Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
