Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

        • Communicate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

        • Manage and maintain company profiles across all major recruitment platforms (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

        • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.

        • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.

        • Create and maintain all recruitment-related documentation and HR forms.

        • Handle new hire onboarding and training arrangements.

2. Training & Development

        • Plan and organize monthly internal training sessions for existing employees.

        • Design onboarding training for new employees.

        • Assist in creating KPI systems and performance evaluation structures.

        • Track and record training attendance and improvement results.

3. Performance & Employee Relations

        • Conduct monthly or quarterly KPI review sessions.

        • Prepare and maintain performance evaluation reports.

        • Handle underperforming staff cases — including improvement plans or termination processes.

        • Implement a fair and transparent elimination system for bottom performers.

        • Support managers in communication and conflict resolution within teams.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

        • Plan and organize Team Bonding activities every quarter (once every 3 months).

        • Maintain updated employee records, files, and HR databases.

        • Build a positive company culture that aligns with our brand values.

        • Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication.


Job Requirements

• HR experience (preferably in fast-paced or SME environments).

        • Strong organizational and communication skills.

        • Proficient in recruitment platforms and HR documentation.

        • Able to work independently and implement systems from scratch.

        • Fluent in Mandarin & English (both written and spoken).
