• Support managers in communication and conflict resolution within teams.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan and organize Team Bonding activities every quarter (once every 3 months).
• Maintain updated employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Build a positive company culture that aligns with our brand values.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication.
• HR experience (preferably in fast-paced or SME environments).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in recruitment platforms and HR documentation.
• Able to work independently and implement systems from scratch.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (both written and spoken).
