Our Culture

<li>Facilitate and prepare full set accounts (small medium size companies) such as data entry and preparation of all documentation relating to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Stock, Cashbook and General Ledger (training will be provided)</li>
<li>To perform daily accounting operations such as prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, purchase orders, statement of accounts, bank reconciliation, vendor registration and etc</li>
<li>Review and highlight abnormalities of customers' and suppliers' billing/quotation to superior</li>
<li>Monitor billings and jobs’ margin and supplier costs</li>
<li>To manage receivables invoicing &amp; collection</li>
<li>To prepare payment to supplier and monthly operating expenses</li>
<li>To prepare Directors’ claim on monthly basis and check staff claim</li>
<li>To update a cashbook on daily basis (payment and receipt)</li>
<li>To maintain proper and accurate accounts records and filings</li>
<li>To liaise with other departments on finance and accounts related matters</li>
<li>Providing support or assistant for external audit, tax reporting and submission of government returns</li>
<li>Prepare and courier finance documents.</li>
<li>To undertake any assignments as required by superior and management&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
