<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<li>Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships.</li>
<li>Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) using SQL Account Software.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.</li>
<li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.</li>
<li>Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to forecast purchasing requirements.</li>
<li>Compare quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li>
<li>Track supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate procurement records and purchasing documentation.</li>
<li>Update product costs and supplier information within SQL Account.</li>
<li>Prepare purchasing and inventory reports for management review.</li>
<li>Support the introduction of new products and suppliers to drive business growth.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards.</li>
