Job Description

 Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service cum Sales Executive to join our company. This role blends sales and lead generation with customer support, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify and approach potential customers through online platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Promote rental packages, explain benefits, and upsell additional services.

Customer Service & Driver Support

  • Serve as the main contact point for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
  • Assist customer with onboarding, contracts, and vehicle handovers.
  • Provide ongoing support for renewals, maintenance schedules, and insurance matters.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage loyalty and retention.

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with fleet and operations teams to ensure timely vehicle allocation.
  • Monitor customer performance and provide proactive support to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in driver engagement activities and promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
