<li>Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.</li>
<li>Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.</li>
<li>Operational Reporting: Manage detail project costing for our ongoing projects and report on costing periodically.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Financial Projection: Forecast revenue, cashflow, as well as expenditure to ensure company performance.</li>
<li>Cashflow Management: Forecast cash needs and ensure liquidity.</li>
<li>Payroll Administration: Process payroll, manage employee benefits and weekly claims.</li>
<li>Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor payments, contract reviews, invoicing management as well as receivables management.</li>
</ul>

<h4>📈Financial Analysis &amp; Oversight:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Decision Support: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales, financial health and identify opportunities and risks.</li>
<li>Scenario Analysis: Projecting different scenarios and assess the impact of different variables, such as market conditions, economic trends, and operational changes, on the financial projections.</li>
<li>Project Costing Management: Monitor revenue and costing for multiple projects, provide strategic analysis to support the decisions for sales &amp; product strategy.</li>

<li>Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing business policies and procedures.</li>
