Role Overview

As a Retail Store Executive, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a refined, personalized shopping experience while driving sales performance. You will play a key role in showcasing product value, building customer relationships, and maintaining the store’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with a premium retail experience 
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luggage, bags, and travel accessories 
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets 
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases 

Product Expertise

• Develop strong knowledge of product materials, craftsmanship, and features 
• Confidently explain product benefits such as durability, warranty, and functionality 
• Stay updated on new collections and product innovations 

Store Operations

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines 
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and premium presentation at all times 
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control 
• Handle transactions accurately (POS, cash, and digital payments) 

Brand Representation

• Uphold the brand image through professional grooming and communication 
• Represent the brand’s values of quality, reliability, and modern travel lifestyle 

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail experience (premium or fashion retail preferred) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset 
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident 
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
