The Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager in Petaling Jaya / Subang. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment. The successful candidate must be proficient in spoken and written French, with the ability to read technical / commercial documents, draft correspondence, and engage in conversations with French and English speaking stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee monthly closing and production of financial reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage monthly financial closing and reporting of PAVM, including overseas subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely consolidation with the group’s accounts</li>
<li>&nbsp;Managing compliance of cross-border financial transactions, including international payments, multi-currency reporting,intercompany transactions and transfer pricing</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead/Co-lead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes working closely with the CFO and other stakeholders</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure financial compliance with applicable industry standards (IFRS, GAAP), support audits, tax filings, and internalcontrols processes</li>
</ul>
