Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Finance Admin Operations Executive to join our team who will be responsible for handling a wide range of financial, commission-related, and administrative tasks to support smooth operational workflows across departments. 

About The Job:

  • Manage, verify and update project claim forms as well as coordinate invoicing with sub-agencies to ensure accurate financial reporting 
  • Verify advance commission details and deductions, approve claim forms for payment processing 
  • Communicate and follow up with agents regarding payment releases, notify and provide timely updates for payments.
  • Generate and verify monthly agent payment slips; ensure commission batches are accurately updated and totals align with monthly payouts.
  • Coordinate invoice issuance with Finance, email and deliver invoices to developers, maintain proper record of invoice copies. 
  • Prepare prize listings and manage financial documentation, handle cash withdrawals and petty cash vouchers, coordinate distribution of prizes and awards for events and lucky draws
  • Review and verify expense claims, obtain necessary approvals and submit expenses claim forms to Finance as well as assist in processing management’s expenses claim 
  • Verify invoice accuracy, commissions, and SST details against system records and reports
  • Handle various administrative tasks including document preparation, finance coordination, agent support, application processing, and assisting with audits, tax queries, and ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

In order to thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Possess 1–2 years of experience in finance or administrative operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document handling
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
