Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Executive to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring production runs smoothly, orders are fulfilled on time, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing manpower, and proficient in documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

• Coordinate daily production activities and maintain all related operational documentation.
• Assist in production planning and scheduling to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor production progress, output, and overall efficiency on the floor.
• Plan, manage, and optimize manpower allocation for daily shifts.

Inventory & Logistics

• Control and meticulously track the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Schedule and coordinate product deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Prepare and update product data sheets accurately.
• Draft and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for manufactured goods.
• Support ISO documentation processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Reporting & Administration

• Track, prepare, and update data regarding machine efficiency, worker efficiency, and overall worker performance.
• Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly production reports covering machine/worker efficiency, machine maintenance, delivery status, and stock levels.
• Assist the team with general office administrative tasks as required.

Employment Terms & Benefits

• Salary: RM3,500 during the probation period; RM4,000 upon confirmation.
• Probation Period: 1 month
• Working Hours:
  - Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  - Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, and Medical Leave.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in production, manufacturing operations, or a similar capacity.

Hard Skills & Technical Knowledge

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for preparing weekly/monthly efficiency and inventory reports).
• Industry Standards: Basic understanding or prior experience with ISO documentation, audits, and compliance is highly preferred.
• Quality & Inventory: Familiarity with inventory control systems and preparing quality-related documents like Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Product Data Sheets.

Soft Skills

• Leadership & Organization: Strong ability to plan, allocate, and manage manpower effectively on the production floor.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying production bottlenecks and providing practical solutions to ensure order deadlines are met.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to coordinate smoothly with logistics, floor workers, and management.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
