We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Executive to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring production runs smoothly, orders are fulfilled on time, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing manpower, and proficient in documentation and reporting.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
Production &amp; Operations Management
<ul>
<li>Coordinate daily production activities and maintain all related operational documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in production planning and scheduling to ensure timely order fulfillment.</li>
<li>Monitor production progress, output, and overall efficiency on the floor.</li>
<li>Plan, manage, and optimize manpower allocation for daily shifts.</li>
</ul>
Inventory &amp; Logistics
<ul>
<li>Control and meticulously track the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate product deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team.</li>
</ul>
Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Prepare and update product data sheets accurately.</li>
<li>Draft and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for manufactured goods.</li>
<li>Support ISO documentation processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Administration
<ul>
<li>Track, prepare, and update data regarding machine efficiency, worker efficiency, and overall worker performance.</li>
<li>Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly production reports covering machine/worker efficiency, machine maintenance, delivery status, and stock levels.</li>
<li>Assist the team with general office administrative tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Employment Terms &amp; Benefits</h3>
<ul>
<li>Salary: RM3,500 during the probation period; RM4,000 upon confirmation.</li>
<li>Probation Period: 1 month</li>
<li>Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM</li>
<li>Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, and Medical Leave.</li>
