<p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Greet customers as they enter the establishment and assist them with seating arrangements.</li>
<li>Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items, specials, or promotions.</li>
<li>Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.</li>
<li>Manage reservations, including recording bookings, confirming reservations, and preparing seating arrangements if applicable</li>
<li>Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely service for reserved tables.</li>
<li>Monitor tables throughout service to ensure they are cleared and reset promptly after each customer leaves.</li>
<li>Assist with bussing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Anticipate the needs of customers and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience.</li>
<li>Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.</li>
<li>Report any safety hazards or concerns to the floor manager or supervisor immediately.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other floor staff to ensure seamless coordination during service.</li>
<li>Wipe all washed cutleries and glasses and keep at station all time.</li>
</ul>
