Job Description

  • Prepare Invoice & payment voucher.
  • Key-in accounting data
  • Assist administration sales support & Engineering support.
  • Prepare payment voucher, receipt voucher, cheques and online payment.
  • Update daily cash flow.
  • Checking of General Ledger for outstanding accounts, eg. Contra a/c, staff advancement account & deposit account.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare journal adjustment as required.
  • Prepare assets schedule for depreciation.
  • Prepare schedule to account.
  • Checking and monitoring the payables ageing report.
  • Assist in checking GST before submission.
  • Inform management for any abnormal or irregular transaction.
  • Half-yearly stock take.
  • Ad-hoc reports.
  • Any other matter assigned by management. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounts or Business Administration.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 year of experiece will be added advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (esp excel).
  • Familiar with SQL accounting software.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as per instructed.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
