<li>Generate payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, cheques, and facilitate online payments.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the daily cash flow report.</li>
<li>Review the General Ledger for pending accounts, including contra accounts, staff advance accounts, and deposit accounts.</li>
<li>Conduct bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare journal adjustments as needed.</li>
<li>Compile an asset schedule for depreciation purposes.</li>
<li>Create schedules for accounting purposes.</li>
<li>Monitor and review the accounts payable aging report.</li>
<li>Support account filing tasks.</li>
<li>Assist in reviewing GST submissions prior to filing.</li>
<li>Notify management of any unusual or questionable transactions.</li>
<li>Conduct a stock take every six months.</li>
<li>Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.</li>
<li>Handle any other tasks assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
