<li>Provide basic technical support to employees on IT-related matters.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the management of company IT assets, including computers, laptops, and peripherals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring and maintaining data backups and system security measures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the implementation and administration of digital tools, cloud-based systems, and business applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in managing company websites, email systems, and online platforms where required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in IT projects, system improvements, and technology-related initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare documentation, user guides, and reports related to IT operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform general administrative and coordination duties related to IT and digital systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist the management team with technology-related tasks and operational support.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.</li>
