Contract Type: Full-time
Job Category: Property / Real Estate Sales
Job Type: Executive
Working Area: Dengkil, Kota Warisan, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and any surrounding areas. Mostly based in the showroom or roadshows.

✅ Minimum Education Required
- SPM / O-Level or equivalent
- No prior property or sales experience required (Plus point if have)

✅ Language Required
- Bahasa Malaysia (Fluent)
- Basic English is an advantage

✅ Job Description
- Promote and sell residential property units
- Attend showroom duties, property events, and roadshows
- Follow up with customer enquiries and company-provided leads
- Explain project details, pricing, and purchasing procedures to buyers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Willing to travel within Dengkil and Kota Warisan area
- Work on weekends as required (off day on weekday)

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Able to work weekends and during sales events
