Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
š¹ Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic acquisition strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google AdsĀ
- Improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates through structured testingĀ
- Support end-to-end funnel strategies from awareness to conversionĀ
š¹ Lifecycle Marketing
- Support and optimise lifecycle marketing initiatives across key user stages (onboarding, engagement, reactivation, retention)Ā
- Work with CRM, content, and product teams to deliver relevant, timely messagingĀ
- Use behavioural insights to improve user retention and long-term valueĀ
š¹ User Journey & Funnel Optimisation
- Analyse user behaviour across touchpoints (ads, social, website, landing pages)Ā
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and improvement opportunitiesĀ
- Collaborate with content, design, and e-commerce teams to enhance conversion efficiencyĀ
š¹ Analytics & Performance Insights
- Monitor campaign performance and user behaviour using analytics and reporting toolsĀ
- Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendationsĀ
- Support performance reviews and growth planning with well-structured analysisĀ
š¹ AI & Productivity Enablement
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation, and execution speedĀ
- Experiment with new workflows and tools to enhance marketing effectivenessĀ
