Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority
Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries
Keeping track on documentation & payments
Deliver excellent operations support and managed the needs of our customers
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries
Event arrangement and PPT creations.
Post information, filing documents and maintain paper and computer records for management / file systems
Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
Work with superior and team to create new opportunities for growth
Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.
Job Requirements
Have a good track record of sales and coordination for inbound and domestic tour industry.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Bahasa Cina.
Committed to deliver high level of customer service.
Capable to respond to a range of different work situations
Computer knowledge (MS Office).
Willing to travel.
Creative, fast-paced, detail-oriented and capability for multi-tasking.
