Project Coordination
Manage interior fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Site & Quality Management
Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical requirements, and high workmanship standards.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.
Problem Solving on Site
Identify site issues early and coordinate practical solutions to keep projects moving efficiently.
Project Documentation
Maintain clear project records including drawings, site reports, and progress updates.
Job Requirements
Experience
3–4 years of relevant experience in site coordination or project management, preferably in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
Technical Knowledge
Good understanding of ID drawings, construction details, materials, and basic project scheduling.
Project & Site Management
Able to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and support smooth project execution to meet timeline, cost, and quality requirements.
Communication & Coordination
Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients, interior designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Problem Solving & Responsibility
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying site issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring tasks are followed through.
Added Advantage
Experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects will be an advantage.
