<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets to increase company sales volume.</li>
<li>Conduct proactive outreach to establish and strengthen relationships with business customers in Singapore, building a reliable and loyal client base.</li>
<li>Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential leads within target markets.</li>
<li>Handle inbound leads, ensuring responsive and professional communication with all business customers.</li>
<li>Present Gogoprint’s products and unique value proposition effectively to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Gather and understand customer requirements via phone and email, providing guidance on printing products to meet their needs.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver customized quotations based on customer specifications.</li>
<li>Negotiate terms and close deals to secure business.</li>
<li>Accurately record all interactions and sales information in the CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the production team to manage timelines, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Execute additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager to support overall team objectives.</li>
</ul>
