<p>To support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations and projects, including staff engagement initiatives and festive, while gaining hands-on HR experience.</p>

<li><strong>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding Support</strong></li>

<li>Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media</li>
<li>Screen resumes and arranges interviews</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding activities for new hires (documents, welcome kit, orientation, etc)</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li><strong>HR Administration</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Support data entry for attendance, leave, and staff movement</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li><strong>Attendance &amp; Leave Management</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Assist in reporting staff attendance and leave records</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li><strong>HR Projects, Events &amp; Employee Engagement</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and coordinating HR projects and initiatives (festive celebrations and company events)</li>
<li>Assist in internal communications related to HR events and activities</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Other Duties</strong></li>
</ol>

<li>Perform any other HR-related administrative duties as assigned by HR Management</li>
