<li>Manage SST, Lampiran K, and MIDA-related matters.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit SST and Lampiran K reports on time.</li>
<li>Apply, renew, and maintain MIDA &amp; SST licenses.</li>
<li>Train in purchasing department administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Search for vendor and supplier information.</li>
<li>Assist with purchasing paperwork and quotations.</li>
<li>Compare supplier details for decision-making.</li>
<li>Train and supervise store staff.</li>
<li>Manage inventory, oversee receipts, quality checks, and labelling of raw materials.</li>
<li>Track stock levels and arrange monthly stock takes.</li>
<li>Ensure efficient material handling and monitor transfers when necessary.</li>
<li>Make sure production gets the materials they need, and hand them out as listed.</li>
<li>Generate inventory reports and track shortages or damages.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate stock records and implement control procedures.</li>
<li>Manage disposal or scrapping of materials as required.</li>
