<li>To carry out taking-off quantities.</li>
<li>To assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.</li>
<li>To assist the Contracts Manager in preparing project budgets.</li>
<li>To assist the Contracts Manager in the preparation of Materials Schedule.</li>
<li>To carry out sourcing, calling, evaluating quotations and tenders for supply of materials and services.</li>
<li>To prepare cost estimates, quotations for new work items.</li>
<li>To measure work done at site and prepare interim claims.</li>
<li>To evaluate sub-contractors work done and prepare claim certificates.</li>
<li>To assist the set up of Management Information System.</li>
<li>To assist the planning Sub-Department to prepare records for various projects.</li>
<li>To carry out the preparation and submission of Contractual Claims, Variations, etc.</li>
<li>To assist the preparation of the project final account.</li>
