Job Description

  • Assist in handling daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL)
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts 
  • Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices
  • Prepare payment vouchers and schedule timely payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable (AP) records
  • Support the finance team with any related accounting or administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
