Monthly Salary MYR 2,200 - MYR 3,000</div><div>1) Accounts Receivable (AR).&nbsp;</div><div>2) Updating Daily incoming payment (deposit, cash, cheque, online transfer and credit card) into google drive spreadsheet cash book against bank statements.&nbsp;</div><div>3) Download daily sales report from accounting system to excel sheet, checking payment information and matching customer remittance (deposit, cash, cheque, online transfer and credit card) and key official receipt into accounting system.&nbsp;</div><div>4) Updating and monitor daily bank balance and branch counter daily sales report cash count in excel sheet &amp; google drive spreadsheet.&nbsp;</div><div>5) Online download Merchant statement for checking.&nbsp;</div><div>6) Prepare customer Credit Note, Debit Note, Monthly Statement of Account.&nbsp;</div><div>7) Prepare and updating customer monthly outstanding ageing summary and payment received into google drive spreadsheet and submit monthly customer outstanding list to management &amp; sales team.&nbsp;</div><div>8) Follow up with customer for outstanding payment (by call and email).&nbsp;</div><div>9) Monthly bank reconciliation for various banks.&nbsp;</div><div>10) Compiling and filling of accounts &amp; admin supporting documents.&nbsp;</div><div>11) Account Payable (AP) as validated supplier invoice matching with Purchase Order issued and reconciliation.&nbsp;</div><div>12) Updating Account Payable (AP) payment voucher receipt into google drive spreadsheet &amp; accounting system.</div><div>**Accounting Software using - SQL.</div>
