Job Description

About the Job

Assist Regional Agency Director to ensure all projects and deliverables are executed within timeline; provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support within the assigned Region.

  • Prepare performance reports and presentation slides for periodic business review.
  • Support Regional Agency Sales Team in terms of coordination of contests and reports.
  • Execute performance analytics and planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trend.
  • Identify challenges and supports required by the assigned agencies to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
  • Organise ad-hoc events and activities to boost up agency performance at Regional level.
  • Consistently review agency performance in Sales & Recruitment numbers; and to identify the need for revision on project’s action plan to achieve business goals.
  • Organise meetings with project leaders and manage progress development of each project.
  • Actively follow up with project members to identify challenges in project implementations and work on developing solutions.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the Regional Agency Director. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in Project Management/ Strategic Planning/ Management Reporting/ Business Development. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Performance oriented, creative, sharp on the insurance market vibe with good verbal and numerical literacy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
