(Internal role name: Digital Solution Manager – DSM)
At GREEN-i, we design and deliver integrated digital solutions across web, app, UX, and digital marketing. We are looking for a Digital Strategy &amp; Solutions Lead to drive creative ideation, solution framing, and proposal leadership across our digital offerings.
This role sits at the intersection of Digital Marketing, Web/App Solutions, and Business Development. You will lead creative direction and play a key role in shaping high-quality proposals and solution narratives across both new opportunities and ongoing client initiatives.
This is a creative and strategic leadership role, similar to a Creative Director in an advertising or digital agency, focused on direction, ideation, integration, and articulation.

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
Lead Digital Solution Direction
<ul>
<li>Shape integrated digital solutions across web, app, UX, and digital marketing</li>
<li>Ensure platforms, campaigns, and user journeys work together as one ecosystem</li>
<li>Translate business goals into clear, structured digital approaches</li>
</ul>
Drive Creative &amp; Campaign Ideation
<ul>
<li>Generate creative sparks, concepts, and campaign angles</li>
<li>Lead ideation and creative direction for Digital Marketing initiatives, including mentoring the Digital Marketing Executive to develop content, campaign, and video series ideas</li>
<li>Provide creative direction for content series, brand campaigns, and integrated initiatives</li>
<li>Act as creative authority during ideation sessions and live shoots (directional input, not production execution)</li>
</ul>
Frame Proposals &amp; Client Solutions
<ul>
<li>Convert ideas and brainstorms into clear, sellable proposals</li>
<li>Craft solution narratives, positioning, and value articulation</li>
<li>Present digital solutions clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders, translating complexity into understanding and alignment</li>
<li>Participate in early-stage and ongoing strategic client conversations as a solution lead</li>
</ul>
Interpret Data into Direction
<ul>
<li>Review GA, SEO, SEM, and campaign performance reports prepared by the team</li>
<li>Translate data into insights and implications</li>
<li>Answer “So what?” and “What should we change next?”</li>
<li>Use data insights to inform creative direction and solution improvements, working closely with the team to review campaign performance, interpret results, and guide adjustments</li>
<li>Personally explore analytics and media platforms when needed to inform ideas and proposals, without relying solely on second-hand interpretation</li>
</ul>
Collaborate Across Teams
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Design, Tech, Project/Delivery, and Digital Marketing teams</li>
<li>Align solution intent while respecting execution ownership</li>
</ul>
