GT Business Systems Sdn Bhd is looking for a hands-on IoT Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with hardware, sensors, and connectivity solutions to ensure seamless operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Configuration: Efficiently set up and integrate IoT devices and sensors at customer sites and remotely.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with devices and systems, providing timely solutions.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively track device performance and security; perform regular updates and maintenance checks.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with development and engineering teams to provide field insights for product improvement.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of IoT devices and accessories for upcoming installations.
• Customer Service: Provide professional on-site support and clear communication to ensure a positive client experience.

Job Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of electronics, sensors, and hardware devices. An electrical background is highly preferred.
• Experience vs. Education: Candidates with proven experience working with devices or sensors are highly encouraged to apply.
• Alternatively, a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is welcomed.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively support our diverse client base.
• IT Literacy: Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel/outstation for project assignments and on-site support.
