As a IoT Project Engineer at Inchz IoT, you’ll drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects — from early-stage requirement gathering to hands-on implementation and client training. You’ll combine technical expertise with project management finesse to deploy smart systems that optimize operations and transform processes. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge, growth, and impact.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Lead Project Execution &amp; Delivery
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end delivery of smart system integration projects (IoT/RFID/Automation)</li>
<li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets</li>
<li>Lead deployment execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality, on-time results</li>
</ul>
Translate Business Needs into Smart Solutions 
<ul>
<li>Conduct site visits and client workflow studies to shape solution specifications</li>
<li>Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business logic into technical deliverables</li>
<li>Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and architects on scalable design</li>
</ul>
Communicate &amp; Collaborate with Stakeholders
<ul>
<li>Build trusted relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead client meetings, technical reviews, and project updates&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-site user training and post-implementation support</li>
