Ensure Incoming raw Materials and Packaging Materials samples are tested and release timely and in charge of overall lab validation activities including AMV, Method Transfer, spreadsheet validation and Validation review.Role Responsibilities1. To ensure smooth operation of Incoming Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Validation section with compliance to SOP and laboratory procedures: -<ul><li>Use validated testing methods, adherence to schedule maintenance and calibration program, use of valid reference standard and adherence to Out of specification procedure.</li><li>To oversee the Raw Material, Packaging Material and Validation section daily operation and ensure sub-ordinates QC Analyst has completed the OJT program on specific equipment and skills that related to their assigned task and has pass the competency assessment prior start testing.</li></ul>2. To review and approve worksheet of the test results of incoming and retest raw materials and packaging materials once all specification is met with the approved specification.3. To ensure testing and approval of raw materials and packaging materials are done in timely manner as following to schedule and always keep track the testing flow to meet the monthly section KPI. 4. SOP/WI Author and Subject Matter Expert for assigned area and instrument including generation, revision and obsolete of related new SOPs or Work Instructions.5. To ensure all validation activities are done as following to SVMP schedule and adherence to agreed project timeline from project governance meeting.6.
