About this role :
This is a full-time HR Executive role based in Cheras, Selangor, providing comprehensive HR support across the business. As part of the HR team at Harmonious Happy Ventures Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing

<li>Administering and maintaining the company's HR policies, procedures and records</li>
<li>Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development and performance management</li>
<li>Providing HR advisory support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters</li>
<li>Coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and leave management processes</li>
<li>Maintaining and updating the HR information system</li>
<li>Generating HR reports and analysing HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations</li>
