Job Description
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Organize content calendars based on trends, product launches, and seasonal themes.
- Handle full content production: ideation, shooting, editing, posting, and performance tracking.
- Engage with followers and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly.
- Source and coordinate with models for content shoots.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the creative team for storytelling and content direction.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and ad spend.
- Support any other tasks as assigned by the superior/company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for cosmetics and skincare beauty brands.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Keen eye for details and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).
