Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom designs based on customer requests (apparel, jerseys, varsity jackets, corporate wear, etc.).
   
• Develop and update design templates for marketing use and customer selection.
   
• Design posters, advertisements, and promotional visuals for both online and offline platforms.
   
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.
   
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, styles, and visual standards.
   
• Prepare print-ready artwork for production.
   
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
   
• Handle minor revisions and make design improvements when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
   
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Canva is a plus).
   
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and colour usage.
   
• Able to produce creative, clean, and trendy designs.
   
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
   
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
   
• Experience in apparel or printing design will be an added advantage.
