Hiredly is transforming how employers and jobseekers connect through our AI-powered job portal. As a Product & Design Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive digital experiences while taking end-to-end ownership of the products you design and manage.

Key Responsibilities

• Dual-Platform Ownership: Drive product design and management across both sides of Hiredly’s ecosystem - the Jobseeker Web Portal and the Employer Dashboard - ensuring tailormade experiences for two distinct user bases.
• Full Lifecycle Feature Delivery: Lead initiatives from concept to production - crafting wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, while leading backlog grooming sessions with engineering.
• Release & Deployment Supervision: Actively oversee the build process, perform hands-on Quality Assurance (QA) testing on new features, and supervise releases to ensure launch quality and stability.
• Product Strategy & Planning: Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature roadmaps that align cross-functional teams toward common milestones.
• User Research & Validation: Conduct user testing, feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to ground both design and feature priorities in real user behavior.
• Design System Stewardship: Maintain and scale Hiredly’s design system to maintain visual consistency, accessibility, and fast design iteration across all web products.
• Product Analytics & Optimization: Monitor post-launch product metrics (e.g., job application rates, employer engagement, user conversion) to drive iterative product enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to communicate product updates, provide feature insights, and ensure smooth go-to-market execution.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Core Design Skills: Strong proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and a solid grasp of user-centered design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Product Execution & QA: Hands-on experience or familiarity with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - including story grooming, developer handoff, basic QA testing, and release workflows.
• Platform Experience: Exposure to multi-sided platforms, B2B dashboards, or B2C web portals is a strong plus.
• Communication & Ownership: High agency, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to articulate design decisions and product priorities to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bonus Points:
• Proficiency in product analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude) or basic SQL skills.
• Practical understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to streamline developer collaboration.
