Hiredly is transforming how employers and jobseekers connect through our AI-powered job portal. As a Product &amp; Design Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive digital experiences while taking end-to-end ownership of the products you design and manage.
This high-impact hybrid role is ideal for an ambitious problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and software execution - balancing business goals with user needs to deliver seamless, high-performing digital solutions.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Dual-Platform Ownership: Drive product design and management across both sides of Hiredly’s ecosystem - the Jobseeker Web Portal and the Employer Dashboard - ensuring tailormade experiences for two distinct user bases.</li>
<li>Full Lifecycle Feature Delivery: Lead initiatives from concept to production - crafting wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, while leading backlog grooming sessions with engineering.</li>
<li>Release &amp; Deployment Supervision: Actively oversee the build process, perform hands-on Quality Assurance (QA) testing on new features, and supervise releases to ensure launch quality and stability.</li>
<li>Product Strategy &amp; Planning: Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature roadmaps that align cross-functional teams toward common milestones.</li>
<li>User Research &amp; Validation: Conduct user testing, feedback sessions, and competitive analysis to ground both design and feature priorities in real user behavior.</li>
<li>Design System Stewardship: Maintain and scale Hiredly’s design system to maintain visual consistency, accessibility, and fast design iteration across all web products.</li>
<li>Product Analytics &amp; Optimization: Monitor post-launch product metrics (e.g., job application rates, employer engagement, user conversion) to drive iterative product enhancements.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to communicate product updates, provide feature insights, and ensure smooth go-to-market execution.</li>
</ul>
