Your key responsibilities:

<li>Build and manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and tech stacks. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Source, screen, and place top tech talent across roles like software engineering, product, DevOps, etc. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the offer process. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide clients with market insights including salary benchmarks and hiring trends. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Represent Hiredly X in client meetings and mentor junior consultants. &nbsp;</li>
