Job Description

  • Identify and engage new clients, architects, consultants, and corporate decision-makers
  • Generate and nurture leads through research, networking, and events
  • Prepare compelling bid proposals, tender documentation, and presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress against objectives
  • Coordinate site visits, follow-ups, and partnerships to strengthen client relationships

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in business development and sales 
  • Preferably from the Interior Design & FIt out industry, open to candidates from construction as well. 
  • Most possess own transport, open to travel for client meetings. 
  • Mandarin language is mandatory due to projects
