Job Description
About the role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team at Avante Design (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our company.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
- Arranging and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and pitches
- Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals with new clients
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and tracking progress
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- Proven track record of identifying, prospecting, and closing new business deals
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
What we offer
