As the Creative Strategist (Team Lead), you will be the visionary behind company’s brand identity. You will lead a growing creative powerhouse—consisting of Senior Graphic Designers and Video Creators—to drive recruitment and company branding. Your mission is to craft compelling narratives that attract top-tier real estate talent and solidify our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and content directions to enhance company branding and agent recruitment.</li>
<li>Content &amp; Scripting: Lead the ideation and scripting for Intellectual Property (IP) content and performance-based advertisements.</li>
<li>Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of Senior Graphic Designers and Video Creators to ensure high-quality, cohesive output.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with company leaders to translate business objectives into creative concepts and actionable campaigns.</li>
<li>Market Analysis: Stay ahead of trends in social media, real estate, and performance marketing to ensure our content converts and resonates.</li>
