<ul><p><strong>Distribution Procedure</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To maintain the distribution procedure, this will enable the right sizes with the right quantity at the right stores.</li>
<li>To ensure proper planning and setting of standards to achieve maximum sales with a minimum stock with a benchmark of maximum 15 weeks season end chain stock.</li>
<li>To ensure the back-up stock in the warehouse for regular articles is adequate to allow for continuous supply with a benchmark of three to four weeks stock cover.</li>
<li>To ensure store article level seasonal planning and coordinate with the merchandising team with regard to the requirement.</li>
<li>To maintain a continuous flow of merchandising information to and from the stores and most importantly to the warehouse.</li>
<li>To manage replenishment by route plan and follow dispatches at the warehouse.</li>
<li>To review merchandising reports and sales statistics (S.I.R. Store Report etc.) and take merchandising action such as :-<br>➢ Ship additional supplies to stores either by statement supply; special order or pre-pack.<br>➢ Advise revision of assortment according to requirement.<br>➢ Transfer goods from store to store as per business requirement, within geographical cluster.<br>➢ Monitor and follow-up with the efficiency of merchandise movement from the warehouse to the stores.</li>
<li>To ensure that stock levels are in accordance with sales volume and the store stockroom capacity.</li>
<li>To control target cover weeks at chain level as per company guideline of season end store stock of 15 weeks.</li>
<li>To ensure target stock margins to enable the store to achieve the desired sales margin.</li>
<li>To ensure that end of lifelines or seasonal items at the central warehouse are distributed to the store during peak periods.</li>
<li>To ensure that ends of lifelines are regrouped to performing stores.</li>
<li>To ensure all merchandise picked is sent to the stores on time.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>General</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To study store stock statements on a regular basis.</li>
<li>To Managing Bulk orders in coordination with retail as well as merchandising</li>
<li>To periodically visit the stores and warehouse.</li>
<li>To study and analyze market conditions, economic trends and competition.</li>
<li>To continuously follow and monitor stores sales, stock margin, stock TALY and stock cover weeks.</li>
<li>To provide feedback to buyers on the performance of new articles.</li>
<li>To maintain and follow the route plan and make changes for closed and new stores from time to time.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Inventory Balancing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out minimum 2 regrouping exercises per annum with at least 40% adherence rate</li>
<li>Ensure that the aged stock in RDC is &lt;1% by pair for inventory with &gt;6 months ageing</li>
<li>Ensure &gt;90% Full assortment availability in NOOS &amp; Best Sellers</li>
