Job Description

To lead the Finance Operations team in achieving the overall goals of the Company by planning and managing the operation procedures and monitoring controls. Ensuring compliance to accounting, financial and statutory requirements are adhered. Regularly review operation procedures, systems, and controls for improvement opportunities to better achieve overall goals of the Company.

  1. Manage the overall function of Finance Operations of Head Office and Regional Offices
  2. Develop and execute strategic financial policies and procedures to enhance financial performance and minimize risk through effective controls and standard operating procedures.
  3. Provide recommendations and support senior management in financial modeling impact analysis between business unit activities and development including making recommendations for cost reduction.
  4. Manage relationships with financial institutions, regulators and statutory authorities, internal & external auditors, and tax agents.
  5. Maintain financial control of the Company’s activities in compliance with legal and statutory requirements to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy to enable management decision making.
  6. Continuously develop and implement best practices and processes to facilitate operations to ensure a proper system of internal control is in place.
  7. Responsible for the development of a strong core finance team through structured manpower and role planning, recruitment, selection, placement, on-the-job exposure, and in-house/external training programs
  8. Oversee the daily operations of Group Assets / Administration Unit and to provide office administrative and maintenance support for the company

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior management position, led a team of 100 - 150pax 

- Education level: minimum Degree in Finance

- Meticulous and detailed oriented. 

- Strong leadership skills and people management skills. 

- ACCA/MIA/CIMA required, ACCA (most preferable)
