<p>The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing essential HR, finance, and administrative functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting HR processes, and handling general administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage employee records, onboarding, leave, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Support talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.</li>
<li>Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.</li>
<li>Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.</li>
<li>Handle bookkeeping, cost recording, and financial data management.</li>
<li>Prepare and review monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.</li>
<li>Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and expense management.</li>
<li>Manage office administration, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office equipment.</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support as needed.</li>
