<li>Take charge and deliver core end to end HR Operations excellence in an effective and efficient manner including employee lifecycle, leave and attendance management, expats management, compensation and benefits, performance management, contract renewals, HR reporting etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage seamless employee lifecycle from hire to retire, updating the employee file and information, ensure documentations are kept with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as a liaison to government agency on behalf of the Company and expats.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with new and existing expats on application, renewal and cancellation of employment pass.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Regular communication with the stakeholders and expats regarding the relocation and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure timely submission of payroll report and ensure on the accuracy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and process expenses and reimbursements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Suggest and support the enhancement of HRMS, benefits, vendors and programs to ensure it is competitive and processes are effective and efficient.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the compliance of Company, labor, legal and government reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and support relevant HR related policies, documentations and reporting, act as the custodian and guide stakeholders accordingly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee daily HR Operations ensuring no delay and carry out tasks as assigned by the Superior.&nbsp;</li>

The ideal candidate should have the outstanding task management and priotization skills and a solid knowledge of local employment laws and legislation.
