We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Operation Executive / Admin to support the daily operations and HR activities of the company. This role goes beyond traditional administration — you will be involved in bookkeeping, HR coordination, payroll, office management, recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining company policies.You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth internal operations as the company grows. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, disciplined, resourceful, and excited to build structure and efficiency within a fast-paced startup environment.&nbsp;

<h4>✅ Recruitment &amp; Talent Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate end-to-end hiring process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews</li>
<li>Prepare interview tasks, candidate assessments, and feedback forms</li>
<li>Carry out onboarding processes: orientation, system access, company policies briefing</li>
<li>Support employee offboarding: clearance, handover, paperwork</li>

<h4>✅ HR Operations &amp; Culture Building</h4>

<li>Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook</li>
<li>Plan internal activities like team lunches, company events, birthdays, celebrations</li>
<li>Monitor staff performance evaluation reminders and documentation</li>
<li>Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially</li>
<li>Assist management in employee welfare, benefits, and engagement programs</li>

<h4>✅ Bookkeeping &amp; Finance Support</h4>

<li>Manage daily bookkeeping tasks: invoices, receipts, expenses, petty cash, claims</li>
<li>Assist in preparing basic financial reports for management review</li>
<li>Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports, tax, and compliance</li>
</ul>
<h4>✅ Payroll &amp; HR Administration</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly payroll: salary calculation, allowances, commissions &amp; deductions</li>
<li>Maintain attendance, timesheets, leave records, and employee database</li>
<li>Manage EPF, SOCSO, PCB submissions and other statutory contributions</li>
<li>Handle HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters</li>
</ul>
<h4>✅ Office &amp; Operational Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage office supplies, equipment, pantry, cleanliness, and maintenance</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors and service providers (internet, utilities, building management)</li>
