Job Description

• Oversee Human Resources (HR) activities including recruitment, training, payroll management and all the Administration activities in the company.
• Dealing with employee relations and liaising with government agencies with regards to HR practices.
• Responsible for implementing human resource development for the organization.
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation or induction training.
• Liaise with various Head of Department on the annual appraisal, identify relevant training for employees and coordinate for the training execution.
• Ensure proper training and personnel competency records maintained.
• Liaise with project team for processing, review and submission of progress claim to customer.
• Ensure customer pay within the term and follow up collections for overdue accounts.
• To undertake and complete, any duties that maybe issued by the top management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in business administration/ human resource management or related qualification or
• At least 2 years working experience in human resources or other business related field
• Mature, responsible and ability to multi-task
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively and hold dialogue and manage staff relationship
• Computer literate with MS Word & Excel, able to write and spoke in English and Malay.
