Job Description

This role sits within an established exhibitions and experiential events environment, supporting the delivery of product launches, trade exhibitions, and large-scale corporate events across multiple industries. The organisation works closely with clients to deliver end-to-end event solutions, from planning through on-site execution.

The Account Servicing Executive will manage assigned client accounts and support event projects by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. This is not a pure hunter role and includes servicing existing clients while supporting new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Servicing

• Manage and service assigned client accounts across exhibitions and event projects
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Business Support

• Support pitch preparation and proposal development
• Work with internal teams to prepare concepts, costings, and documentation
• Assist in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

Project & On-Site Coordination

• Coordinate closely with project, procurement, and production teams
• Support on-site event execution including setup, live event days, and dismantling
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and late hours during event periods

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or MICE industry
• Experience in product launches or exhibition-based events preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a project-based, fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours based on event schedules
