Job Description
- Own offline channel P&L and drive growth for both categories.
- Manage key retailer relationships and lead TTA/commercial negotiations.
- Plan and execute trade marketing and in-store initiatives to boost sell-through.
- Develop quarterly plans and joint business plans with key partners.
- Monitor performance, solve issues quickly, and optimize offline execution.
- Manage and coach 2 junior executives; coordinate external support when needed.
- Build repeatable playbooks and SOPs across offline sub-channels.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in offline or modern trade roles, preferably in FMCG, beauty, skincare, mother & baby, or consumer health.
- Hands-on experience with TTAs, trade marketing, and key account management.
- Proven track record of driving offline channel performance.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margins/trade spend.
- Independent, structured, execution-focused, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ambitious, problem-solving mindset, and eager to take ownership.
