<h3><strong>1. Brand &amp; Growth Strategy</strong></h3>

<li>Drive growth initiatives for <strong>Crolla</strong> (positioned as a market leader in safety and value)</li>
<li>Lead the <strong>introduction of Future Paws</strong> (a premium, stylish pet brand)</li>
<li>Implement cross-brand strategies to enhance customer lifetime value&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Digital Marketing &amp; Performance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)</li>
<li>Optimize for <strong>Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) &amp; Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)</strong></li>
<li>Manage:</li>
<ul>
<li>Content strategy</li>
<li>Social media updates</li>
<li>Website enhancements</li>
</ul>
<li>Administer CRM channels (WhatsApp / Email) to boost retention&nbsp;</li>
